Signor Pomidor, a Family Owned Italian

restAn interview with owner and head chef Emi Liano unveiled that Signor Pomidor clearly stands out from other Italian restaurants. The ethos for the restaurant is healthy clean eating sourcing local, organic produce where ever possible. You can find Emi at Dubai fish market at 6am each morning hand picking each piece of fish and then it is off to the farmers market for the locally grown produce.

Emi Liano is passionate about healthy eating and is helping to raise awareness through providing cooking classes (Gluten Free cooking classes also available) and events in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health. Little Chef’s is his home grown education based cooking class teaching children the difference between fresh natural produce from processed foods stuff.

Gluten Free dishes include pizzas, salads and a good range of pastas including Arrabbiata, Verdure Grigliate and Vongole. To finish off your meal the chef can whip you up some gluten free chocolate brownies*. An added bonus is that the menu is linked to My Fitness Pal to help you track your nutritional intake and vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
