Eating GF during Ramadan

For those not fasting this Ramadan there are a lot of options for dine-in Gluten Free breakfast, quick bites and lunches this Ramadan.

1762 The Gourmet Deli Co. Lots of healthy eating options and a GF chocolate cake and lemon polenta. The Galleries, Ground Floor, Building 3, Downtown.Open 7am to 6pm.

Circle Cafe offers hot and cold dishes and some GF desserts. Multiple locations. 7:30am to 11pm.

Common Grounds. Great selection of superfood salads and fish and meat dishes. Mall of the Emirates, Al Barsha. Open 8am to 5pm.

Costa offers coffee and gluten free brownies and salted crisps. Multiple locations.

Jones the Grocer. Good selection of GF breakfasts and desserts, limited lunch options. Dusit Thani Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road. Open 24hours a day.

Jumeirah Golf Estates Club House. Both cafe and restaurant open as normal. Chef is knowledgeable in GF and can serve breakfasts with GF muffin and lunches with GF rolls.Open 7:30 till 10pm.

Le Petite Maison. Staff have a good knowledge of GF requirements and can alter many of their dishes to suit. DIFC, Gate Village 8. Open 12 to 3pm and 7pm to 11:30pm.

Mint Leaf of London. Selection of GF curries and rice. 15th Floor, South Tower, Emirates Financial Towers. Open 12 until 1am.

Nandos. Chicken and rice dishes with corn on the cob. Novotel Suites Hotel, Al Barsha. Open noon to 11:30pm.

Nofara Cafe. Healthy cafe with a good selection of GF dishes, recommend trying the GF breakfast stack or the Lamb Meatballs and Zoodles. Swiss Tower, Cluster y, JLT. Open 8am till 8pm.

Pascal Tepper. Good for breakfast if you like eggs, call in advance to request GF bread to be made available. Serves a selection of GF salads. Dubai Media City. Open 7am to 9pm.

Reform Social and Grill. Eggs cooked to your liking for breakfast and steaks or fish for lunch. The Lakes Dubai. Open 7am to 11:30pm.

Ronda Locatelli. Offers GF pasta and pizza made with rice flour. Atlantic, The Palm. Open noon to 2:30.

Sophie’s. Wide selection of salads, juices and smoothies. The shoreline, Building 8, Palm Jumeirah. Open 7am to 9pm.

Zheng He’s. Offers a dedicated GF Chinese menu with a good variety of dishes. Mina A Salam, Al Sufouh Road. Open 12 till 3pm for lunch.
